Construction Training
The Construction Skills Register (CSR) is a register of construction workers who have completed the industry-approved CSR Health and Safety training course and assessment. Its aim is to raise H&S standards in the industry through training. All construction workers undertake Health and Safety training every 4 years.
To become registered, workers must complete a Health and Safety training programme delivered by an accredited training provider. Our operatives are assessed to ascertain their levels of competency in their skill areas. Applicants receive a photographic identity card providing proof of their Health and Safety training, skills and qualifications.

Construction Line
As suppliers, we are aware of the time and resources the tendering process takes. For buyers, sifting through and updating suppliers’ data, can prove time-consuming and diverting of energies.
Constructionline helps both sides of the deal to bypass these problems saving everyone time, money and energy.
In turn, we are a certified and registered member of Constructionline which assists with our supply chain management processes.

Sparksafe Registered
As a Main Contractor, it is mandatory we provide certified evidence that we only employ licensed electrical workers. This has been a feature of Public Sector PQQ and ITT documentation from January 2014, and therefore we are obliged to comply with this new procurement policy.
We are mindful the policy has been adopted by the Central Procurement Directorate (CPD) and NI Centres of Procurement Expertise (CoPE) following the recommendation of CPD to the Procurement Practitioners’ Group.
When undertaking a ‘Government Construction Clients Project’, we only employ electro-technical operatives who have obtained a licence from the SparkSafe scheme.

Waste Carriers Registration
We have a legal duty of care to ensure that the waste we carry is transported safely, disposed of responsibly at Licenced facilities and remain very much committed to minimising the environmental impact when undertaking such work through our ongoing Contracts and Tenders.
As it is mandatory to comply with all current Environmental Legalisation we subsequently hold a valid Certificate of Registration with the Northern Ireland Environment Agency (NIEA) and are registered as a waste Carrier/Broker.
We ensure that we only pass waste to facilities of who are authorised to take it. When doing so, we ensure that the transfer is covered by a waste transfer note (WTN). Copies of our waste transfer notes are held on record for at least two years.
